Gorgeous design with a pleated/gathered line at the top of the bust that crosses over and wraps the neck as a halter, with a hook closure at back. Low back, with hook closure at the waist and extended ties that cross over and wrap through- can be tied at the front or the back. This stunning piece is event-worthy, and easily goes from day to night as well. Original brand and Barney's tags attached, this dress has never been worn.
